bejee Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players in Bangladesh

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with bejee, accessing any part of the bejee website at bejee.org, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bejee platform and close your account if one has already been opened.

bejee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with bejee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bejee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bejee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select local bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your bejee account in real time or within the processing timeframe stated for the selected payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bejee excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the platform and its use, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bejee does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall bejee's aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim arising. bejee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if bejee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Amendments to These Terms
